I remember reading an article saying that using alcohol swabs were completely an uncessary step
I refuse to skip that step but i do always make sure i wait a couple of seconds for the alcohol to evaporate before plunging the needle

I get deep tissue massages and sports massage therapy done quite frequently with my girl
Helps with movement and rom and it sure as hell feels bomb as hell

August 14th - Low Dose Test Begins
Test E ~175mg/week (Pinned twice per week) (This is also in preparation for the TNE from UKG)
Tentative Blast Start Sept. 1st (Maybe later)
Masteron E or P - 400mg/week
1-Test - 400mg/week

Started pinning test e today. Going to be running ~175mg of test e per week.
I’ll be introducing other compounds come september.
