Taste tested and we’re great, nice and juicy. I portion them out with rice and top with some lime or lemon juice and throw them in the freezer until I need them.

I had a cheap one, but ended up having to baby it. Constantly adjusting everything to make sure the temp was in range. I just didn’t have the time to deal. We just got a nice pellet one instead. Wifi, electric. I just let it do it’s thing and I get my meat 😆
I have 1 from 10 years ago and just started the prep to get another one. It’s not a bad process, just takes time and it helps prevent loss and my teeth shifting.
How would you feel if you ditched etp for a few weeks? I would keep your macros the same for every day. Honestly it makes it easier for meal prepping. I can make the same meals for every day of the week and not have to think. I also like to think of it as total in/out for the week vs the day...
