Skipped the gym and went hiking in my local state park instead. The usual for me, chicken salad, steak and cheese sandwich, eggs and oatmeal, yogurt w/ almonds and a protein shake.

Training back shortly. Switching from nights to days so Im running on little sleep and lots of coffee. So far nothing to eat. Thinking a pizza later. Get the days worth of calories all at once lol
No training. Just been looking working and goofing off on the Internet looking for ideas to make a decent stretching routine. Eating the usual ground turkey and pasta, chicken salad wraps and eggs and chicken sausage.
I’ll take this with vitamin E before I take anything that might boost my prolactin. @Aude_Aliquid_Dignu sent me a few good articles on it. Seems to work well for me
I’m a fan of Dr Mike and think he has some good information but I don’t agree with everything he says either. I started to question him a few years back when he suggested that a mans first cycle should be oral only. His explanation wasn’t all to convincing either

Probably training back tonight. Meals will be eggs, pepper jack on an a English muffin. Chicken meatballs and pasta. Grilled chicken on wraps. The usual yogurt and almonds
