    I keep all of my ingredients separate, so that I can tweak depending on the day/workout…but if you are decent at math you can figure out how much of each to combine in what size tub and mix for a pretty even distribution.

    It’s not difficult, you should do it! I get my separate ingredients from Bulk Supplements (off Amazon since i have Prime). Basically, you just look at the ingredients of a premix you like/love/prefer and copy it, but what I did was find like 3-4 I liked and mad scientist my recipe from that...

    I use DMAA as well. Low dose (about 10mg) goes with my preworkout mix (homemade) great! I’m not sure what the rules are about linking nonsponsored sources, so if an admin or mod could let me know…and if it’s ok, I’ll link where I get mine from.

    Ah ok, thanks for the insight on that. I will go as low as possible…and keep it that way. I’ll definitely stop if sides get to be too much. With Test Prop…it has a short half life, so ED is required, right? Would EOD work though, or would my levels get too imbalanced?

    Hello all…this forum has already been very helpful to me already. I really appreciate this place, and all of the helpful folks here. I’m a powerlifter, although I haven’t competed yet. Can’t decide if I want to, but I just know that I love the training. Well, I just love lifting and the gym.
