    Well, he did suggest steep incline walking…but for an hour a day. I just can’t seem to carve out an hour a day for that on top of lifting.

    lol yeah, I’m powerlifting too. I have been advised to do a shit-tonne of cardio though…I think he’s a bodybuilder though. I just need to slowly keep my bf going down. Doesn’t have to be anything quick at all…slow is fine.

    A few weeks ago, I wasn’t paying attention and grabbed a 1.5" needle and jabbed my quad…all the way in…hit something horrific…probably nerve. Easy that mfer back out and found a new spot on quad, and didn’t go in so far…MUCH better. LOL

    Which type of sport you combine with bodybuilding?

    Powerlifter here… I’ve been thinking about getting involved in another sport in addition to PL. I’ve been considering boxing (there’s a boxing club in my town), and BJJ but I’m not sure if there is one nearby (I haven’t gotten that far yet lol).

    What got you into this muscle lifestyle?

    I became interested in PEDs once I realized how much I loved powerlifting. Personal PL goals: I want to squat over 400lbs, bench at least 250lbs and deadlift at least 500lbs. I also love the look of jacked women, and I want to look like that!
