and my wish list is a texas squat bar … a kabuki strength deadlift bar and a texas power bar… and a rogue ssb … and a swiss bar … and well, I should stop before I take up the whole page ya know… really Id be happy with the power bar and a decent deadlift bar 😉
have no idea but I think it starts on the regional levels so if she’s competing with teams / on teams that are ranked then they are going to the BIG comps and I would assume those are ALL tested
I ve gottten to the point where I deadlift without it but I still use it albeit not even tight… lol. I pulled 405 at a crossfit meet using one of their crossfit bars barefoot with my belt half on this past weekend
no lower back pain is a product of poor form… check your position …
belts are used as cues to stablilze and brace your core. See I said CUE not back support … a CUE for YOU to breathe and brace properly. When I was a newb I used the belt a lot to brace against as I was learning how to breathe...
cool … mine is 4in not 3in and 13mm thick … made for lifting … although I see a lot of people think they are ‘back savers’ and not a cue to use to brace the core …
