This is gonna be a short and sweet post today, been a hectic day but we still got our lift in. Hit a solid leg day, really enjoyed this one. It’s now 6hrs post lift and I can already feel my legs getting sore/tight. Started with some foam rolling and stretching to get the legs and back warmed up and then obliterated quads and hamstrings.

-Leg press railroads but switched to pushing heavy after 3rd set. Hit a decent PR today of 700lbs x5 and x4 then drop set all the way back down. 160 total reps
-seated ham curls x3 8-12
-calf toe press x4 10-20
-adductor machine x2 12-20
-cable crunch x2 15-20
-ab wheel
Gym and locker room were too busy for any pictures or filming today unfortunately. Legs are going to take a back seat this cycle and hit only once a week, want more focus on my back and arms this bulk. Tomorrow we will be back for a back day!
