    More reps is it a waste?

    I read years ago that one of the old school trainers, Vince G I think, could wear your arms out with no more than 25 pound dumbbells. Had to do with the speed of the reps and switching betten high speed reps and super slow reps. Muscle confusion and massive pumps.

    Been a gym rat since I was a kid. Will be 52 this year and still love it. I have had to make adjustments over the years due to injury and surgery but still in there about 5 days a week.
