There’s definitely a warmth on DNP but it’s mostly carb related. It does make you crave carbs though so avoiding that side takes willpower. If you are on a high dose and carb out you’ll look like you’re in a sauna. If you can control yourself like an adult you’ll just be warmer than everyone...
Yeah that’s the thing with DNP. It’s actually fairly hard to overdose, but when it happens there’s not a lot they can do but try to keep you cool with ice and hope you don’t die. Usually this happens from pretty obscene doses though. Like a 100lb girl taking 10X the dose I’d take.

I’ve always used 25g 1.5” for glutes, and 25g 1” for delts and ventral glutes. I’ve never needed to venture any further. Some people use 27g for delts but I’ve never really minded the 25.
