I hear ya bro. I make a F-ton of egg and chicken salad with diced celery and soy free veganaise. Cut it with Dijon or Colman’s Mustard if your concerned about fat content. Personally , I live on that veganaise.
General Rule ; Always have something good to grab when you’re hungry. Tap into that...
I’ve been using a similar style of same. Definitely not doing the job anymore. Need to take stress of forearms. Have Lifting Hooks for trap’s and rows helps a little but still stresses the injury. 3 sets of 20 with light(er) weight.

It’s called “tennis elbow” but in our case ; “lifter’s elbow” and I got a major flare up right now. TCB-500 and BCP-157 definitely helped but it’s beyond that now. Gripping bar and pulling exercises are the one’s that aggravate it. Basically bi’s , trap’s and back moves...
